Anonymous Million Mask March, November 5th 2017

START TIME 6PM

We’re calling on all citizens of the world to take part in the Million Mask March global protests. November 5th, 2017 at over 800 locations world wide, located at your city hall, main government building, or city plaza. Start gathering from 9AM on and gathering for the march starts at 5pm and we start marching when numbers are high around 6pm!

This November 5th, the Anonymous collective will again descend upon every capitol and major city worldwide in a festival of lulz and resistance. We have seen the abuses and malpractice of this government, and governments before it, we have seen the encroaching destruction of many civil liberties we hold dear, we have seen the pushes to make the internet yet another part of the surveillance state, we have seen the government's disregard for migrants, for the poor, the elderly and the disabled, we have seen the capital, profit and greed of the few put before the well-being of the many and we say enough is enough.

We invite all the activists, anons, antifa, and all those that want to see a positive change in the world, to join us, in Trafalgar Square or at your city hall, main government building, or city plaza from 6pm, November 5th. The government and the 1% have played their hand, now it is time to play ours.

Protests are organized through Facebook events. To find a march near you: Scan the map for your location, and click on the corresponding city. You will find event page links on the left-panel. If you do not see an event for this year listed in your city, you can create an event yourself and email the link to: [email protected]

If you can't find a Guy Fawkes Mask here are some alternative ideas: The Guy Fawkes Mask: How You Can Create Your Own.

Code Of Conduct

These rules do not represent the writings and ideas of any one person. Rules may vary depending on your location
The following list is intended as a guide for Anonymous, and participants, preparing to engage in their first real-life public demonstration. Anonymous has drafted 12 rules that Anonymous can follow in order to assure epic win and no loss of hit points on your part. Please pay careful attention and spread to other Anons.

Rule #1: Stay cool.

Rule #2: Anonymous is legion. Never be alone. Isolation during a protest marks you as a target for handlers who wish to entrap you and others. In keeping with this principle...

Rule #3: Organize in squads of 15 to 20 people if the crowd is 100. Organize in squads of 10 to 15 people if the crowd is 50. Organize in squads of 5 to 10 people if the crowd is less than 50.

Rule #4: One or two megaphones per squad. A megaphone is helpful for maintaining the overall cohesion of a demonstration and spreading your message. However, too many will confuse the public and render you hearing impaired.

Rule #5: Create a WhatsApp, Facebook chat, or other mobiled device chat per squad. Communication is key and can help all squads regroup, organize, or plan rapidly.

Rule #6: Dress appropriately for the weather and/or fascists and police.

Rule #7: Cover your face. This will prevent your identification from videos taken by hostiles, other protesters or security. Use scarves, hats and sunglasses. Masks are not necessary, and donning them in the context of a public demonstration is forbidden in some jurisdictions.

Rule #8: Bring water. A dehydrated, thirsty Anonymous is not a useful Anonymous.

Rule #9: Wear good shoes. Following these rules will assure your comfort during the demonstration. Keep in mind that demonstrations may often be quite lengthy.

Rule #10:
Signs, fliers, and phrases. Have yours ready. Make sure that signs are large enough to read. Also ensure that the text on your signs and your phrases are pertinent to the target of the protest.

Rule #11:
Prepare legible, uncomplicated and accurate flyers to hand out to those who wish to know more regarding the motivations behind your actions.

Rule #12:
Document the demonstration. Videos and pictures of the event may be used to corroborate your side of the story if law enforcement get involved. Furthermore, posting images and videos of your heroic actions all over the internet is bound to generate win, exhorting other Anonymous to follow your glorious example.

If you follow these simple rules, the success of your action is virtually assured. Ignore these rules at your own peril. Follow them, and victory will be yours.
